The Indonesian government (on behalf of Agriculture Attache of Indonesian Embassy in Brussel) will be presenting the current condition of Palm Oil plantation in Indonesia. A representative of sustainable palm oil plantation company (Sinarmas) will also be discussing what have been done that related to prevent land expansion in order to comply RSPO.Sakti Hutabarat as an expert of socio-economic from Wageningen University and Bas Tinhoud from the Wetland International will be possibly presenting the impact of the illegal land expansion and the importance of forest and peatland. However, the committee is still waiting for the confirmation from Bas Tinhoud.Seats are limited.
