Selain perkuliahan, mahasiswa Indonesia di Wageningen University juga aktif dalam mengadakan kegiatan keilmuan yang dibungkus dalam diskusi nan ceria. Kegiatan ini digelar oleh divisi pendidikan PPIW secara rutin tiap bulan sekali dan untuk edisi perdana, yang dikupas adalah materi mengenai label makanan dan isu terkininya, contohnya GMO. DCC Jilid 1 ini diadakan di kampus Wageningen pada 27 Februari 2016.

Pada kesempatan kemarin, sebanyak 40 peserta hadir untuk berdiskusi mengenai tips dan trik membaca label makanan dari mbak Hanny Dulimarta, seorang pelajar master dari Wageningen University yang juga seorang praktisi senior di BPOM RI. Selanjutnya, seorang PhD student, mas Fitriyono Ayustaningwarno juga berkesempatan memberikan sharing mengenai isu-isu terkini label makanan.
