Update: Ambassador Cup 2012 (Teknis Pertandingan dan Acara) - PPI Wageningen

Salam Olahraga!

Berikut kami lampirkan Teknis Pertandingan di Ambassador Cup 2012 untuk tiap cabang olahraga.

Acara Ambassador Cup 2012 akan dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 13 Oktober 2012 di Hall Sport de Bongerd, Wageningen University, Wageningen. Acara pembukaan akan dimulai pada pukul 10.00, akan tetapi peserta diharapkan telah tiba di lokasi pada pukul 09.00 untuk melakukan registrasi ulang.

Pertandingan Ambassador Cup 2012 akan dimulai pada pukul 10.30, dengan komposisi grup (drawing) dan jadwal pertandingan tiap cabang olahraga akan diumumkan pada hari-H. Selanjutnya mengenai pertandingan di Ambassador Cup 2012, kami juga meminta kesediaan para peserta (apabila dibutuhkan) untuk menjadi wasit pada cabang pertandingan yang diikuti.

Bagi yang belum mengisi formulir pendaftaran dengan lengkap, mohon segera dikirimkan kepada kami melalui e-mail ppi_wur@yahoo.com atau dapat dibawa pada saat melakukan registrasi ulang. Bagi peserta yang tidak memiliki nomor asuransi, kami menyediakan surat pernyataan yang bisa ditandatangani di tempat pertandingan.

Kami juga menghimbau kepada semua peserta untuk dapat datang tepat waktu di lokasi pertandingan. Sekaligus mengantisipasi kemungkinan, bahwa berdasarkan info dari NS.NL akan ada beberapa gangguan jadwal kereta.
